New Academy Member James Coleman Lands Mirror

Brand new Chub Carp Academy member, James Coleman has landed his seventh U.K 40.

Mid Kent Fisheries, Milton Complex produced the magnificent 41lb 14oz Mirror for James who was giving his new Chub 12ft 3lb Vantage rods a good workout. The fish fell to a snowman rig using 10mm Scopex Squid Liver boilies on a small size 10 mugga hook.

An avid angler of over eighteen years, James also caught cap of 32lb, 20lb and 14lb on the same fishing trip and currently has a personal best Mirror of 45lb 8oz.

James said;
“Having just signed up with Chub, I am extremely happy. This fish is my seventh U.K forty and I am looking forward to going back next week to catch my eighth!”
