"I dug this old badge up in my allotment, in Gillingham, Kent, around 15 years ago. I wonder if anyone has any idea how old it is? Or can say anything more about it?
The allotment was in recently turned ground near to where an air-raid shelter had been. I found some old .303 bullet casings when digging there too."

To me it looks like London Transport Sea Angling Badge. My Grandfather was in the London transport before it was even called that.
