A little tip here: Most anglers are now using PVA stocking that sinks rapidly to the lake bed creating a tight parcel of free offerings that may also become concealed in silt and weed. If you leave some air in your PVA Bag it will sink much slower through the water, allowing the free offerings to settle visibly on top of silt and weed.
