A good light source is an essential element of any carp angler’s equipment and whether you are fishing throughout the long winter nights or short summer overnighters, a headtorch is a must.
The Ultra Blue Headtourch is housed on a green plastic body which has a foam back for comfort making it ergonomic to wear. The strap is an adjustable elasticated one allowing it to be adapted depending on head size.
The unit is powered by three AAA batteries which are easily changed via the easy to open panel at the rear of the unit. The light sources on the unit are selectable via the sliding switch on the tilting LED unit and these consist of two large white LED's angled to give a single round spot effect and in between those is a single blue LED.
The tilting light unit has got a 180 degree plane of vertical movement which makes it a very versatile lamp and one particular use for this function is a supplementary lamp when doing night shots, as it helps when setting up the photo with a digital camera.
