Dr.-Bruno-Broughton Usually referred to as Britain’s leading fisheries management consultant, Bruno Broughton has agreed to become a regular contributor to Anglers’ Net. A fisheries scientist by profession, Bruno spent a decade with the former Severn-Trent Water Authority before setting up his consultancy business in 1988. Since then, he has completed some 900 assignments on a huge range of waters throughout the British Isles.
