Anyone fancy meeting up for a Bassing session or two?
I’m going to be in Drummore for the first three weeks in August and Snatcher will be there the first ten days.
Nickyr said he may be up and Hugh Middleton might manage an hour or two.
I’m sure we might persuade the Tack4’s and OurWullie to participate, I don’t foresee any mountaineering around the Mull, just easy to access beaches.
Evening refreshments will be available at the Ship and the Clash, both establishments come highly recommended by our own professional beer taster, Snatcher.
The only commitment I have is a two days species hunt on the 6th. and 7th. with the Silverlure SAC boys who are down from Glasgow for the weekend
Anyone up for it?

Hope we can get a few more Andrew. Where about did you take your dip?
I've been tying a few new bass flys and will give it a whirl also.

Be nice to put a few names to faces, Snatchers latest report on the Bass scene up that way is not very encouraging at the moment.
We have the exact opposite situation at the moment, more Bass around here than ever before and good quality fish as well.
there's a couple of weeks to go yet so things should pick up by then.
