Once found a toilet roll in the stomach of a conger, Don't understand why it hadn't gone mushy but it dried out O.K. Another time found part of a number plate in another conger.

I once seen a woman catch a cod, and when the fish was cleaned, the fish contained an old Spanish coin.

Also have been Pollack fishing, and seen a Pollack come aboard with a thrown over board 90% eaten spicey chicken leg that the guy beside me had eaten stuck half way down its throat.

I caught a cod at Walton on the Naze once that had a large potato in its stomach. I joked for weeks about having caught some fish and chips! smile.gif

Sociology is a system in which nothing gets done because problems are
described in such a convoluted way, nobody understands what has been
said and no one is really aware of what the problem is - if there is
one!
