I spotted a pic of Hugh Miles in one of this weeks AT (I think) and it had the caption something like "Hugh working on his latest film", and he was pictured filming over a bridge at a river or something like that.

So is he making a new fishing film? Anybody know? Maybe the follow up the "Caught In Time" perhaps?

The last I heard Glenn he was doing a new series with Chris Yates. Of course he could have moved on to pastures new by now, after all it does take a while for news to filter through to us in the South West. rolleyes.gif

Great news! The "caught in time" was a bit of a let down (well, compared to APFA), but it wasn't bad.

I thought caught in time, was great spindle, the bit where they talked in a high pitched voice had me in stitches, and some great miles footage.

we spoke to chris back in march, and he said alot of the following five programes had been filmed, and the rest will be done over the next couple of years.

not sure if they are going to be dribled out, or released as a whole series.

Oh it is... but whatever Hugh does now is going to be compared to Passion For Angling, and frankly nothing is likely to surpass it!

oooohhh spindle, poor old Hugh, looks like he should pack it all in then

to be honest, i havnt seen anything filmed by him that was less than fantastic, kingdom of the ice bear was probably his most well recieved bits of culla, Pfa was for me time well spent, imagine if he came over to you on the ouse and filmed your wallace, im sure you would think that would be the best thing he ever did, what im trying to say is, i find it very dificult to judge anything ive seen by the man, its all just.... right.
