I notice the third one is out now but do I need to have seen 1 and 2 before watching this new one. In other words to they follow on from each other. Don't really want to spend £19.99 only to find I need the first two. By the same token can't really afford £19.99 x 3 to get whole set. If they are stand-alone and independant of each other which is the best one to buy?

2nd one was interesting with the lay of mainlines through the water and not really much else

All 3 are different!

Persanally, I would buy No 1 first, etc. They relate to each other a bit, but don't exactly follow on, so to speak.

Perhaps renting them from a library might be possible?

Well yuo can find them for very cheap on ebay and they are down to a tenner in some shops. Im on about 1&2 not the 3rd.

I would say that 1 and 2 where both good in there own ways. It has certainly helped me at looking at new tactics this season.

Do you know what the biggest suprise for me about the Korda films is............that so many carp anglers didnt realise what goes on under the water untill theve watched it on the telly!

Dont non of you new boys give stuff like this any consideration?dont none of you try your rigs out in the bath? dont anyone get their kit off and have a paddle around in their favourite swims anymore. No copy a rig out of the mags and watch a few vids (plus blindly believe a lot of old twaddle wrote by people selling tackle/bait/magazines) seems the way ahead today..........a great shame as the old way is a lot of fun.

Budgie, half of them can't even tie up there own rigs, let alone understand how they are supposed to work...........lots of them still think you have to strike!

Since when have you had weed beds, gravel bars and other obsticles in your bath tub to test all this biggrin.gif

Yes testing in a fish tank etc is a good idea but you cant really tell what it will be like on the bottom of the lake or river.

budgie, thats made me jump out of me recliner. I think that the films are extremely inspirational to new and old carp anglers alike .I think the films have proved what nobody would have dreamed of, in respect to the rigs/ the line/ the bait presentation etc. lets face it how could our baths mimic the same as a lake or pond. Sorry m8 I think it was a good insight to what really goes on at the bottom of a fishing lake.
