Windows XP Service Pack 3 (KB936929)
Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3) is an update to Windows XP that addresses key feedback from our customers and is a cumulative update that includes all previously released updates for Windows XP, including security updates. Windows XP SP3 contains a small number of new updates and should not significantly change the Windows XP experience. After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer. How to Uninstall This software update can be removed via Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel. total download/install time for me was 45 Min's
only had to download 69mb as i have most of the updates it includes. -------------------- ![]() it don't matter what name is on the Tackle its the way you use it that catches the fish 28/12/08 PB PIKE 22 lb 9 oz ![]() |

Pumphy, Iwent and did what you suggested and followed the links etc Lots of checking and verifying and then the D/L started.......approx time 30 mins...great stuff.
All went well until well into installation (about 2/3rds) and suddenly a warning...ACCESS DENIED. D/L stopped and files removed and system restored. Daft, all checked out by MS and apparently no probs. Never mind, I will let auto update deal with it Den -------------------- "You have to be there to Blank"
