Good Morning Everyone, this is my first time on the forum. We are in a club match on the 23rd April at Boddingtons pegs 50 to 75 we are a Sheffield based club and would appreciate any info on whats working best at the moment.

Definately the method mate. Double maggot or sweetcorn on the hook. remember to keep with the same bait all session once you have chosen to keep the fish confident. If they are up in the water then get the baggin waggler out kid. Im from sheffield too. Boddingtons is THE best match venue in the country at the minute. Everyone gives it the two fingers cos its stuffed with fish but you still need the skills to win. I got 70lb without really tryin on baggin waggler i was plagued with wasps so expect a few of those.
Make sure you hold onto your rod. You will think youve got 20 on but you real in its a 5. The fish there are so fit its untrue. athletes.
Dont think you have to cast out far either.
