It takes a while to load MickJ. No progress bar will show up and even with broadband it takes maybe 20-30 seconds.
If you run IE, you will also need to allow ActiveX on the page and depending on your settings, you may or may not be prompted. I'm set like the picture since I want to know when a page tries to download a control and can choose yes or no.

Settings were already set as above. Though altering the setting for Activex Controls and Plug-ins to 'prompt' did the job, now working OK.
