A few of us on the fishsim forum have organised a meet and are fishing Shatterford gainsborough lake for a 48 hour session on may 20th.
Ive never fished here before and intend floatfishing 1 rod for bits and putting another 2 rods out for carp and catfish.
Any info and tips would be great.
I have heard its not that good but its too late as its booked now sad.gif
My pb carp is 17lb and ive never cought a catfish.
I tend to fish traditonal baits.
Peg 18 is the one ive booked as it can fit a 2 man tent behind or so ive been told.

hope your fit tyke, cuz if your not you might have a heart attack walking up and down the hills at shatterford biggrin.gif don't forget to bring a couple of bricks to put at the back of your cars wheels. fishing is ok but can't stand the place myself. oh and don't leave your sandwiches on view or the tame deer there will creep up behind you and scoff the lot, honest.
