Thank you all for your kind comments and have to say i was really happy with the outcome of that shot and to be honest was lucky to get it as when i went out on that day it was nice bright sunshine and the shower came of of know where and rained and hail stoned for five or so mins then cleared up! only went out birding aswell so bonus that shot really......couple more from the day hear.............
cloud which sent me back to the car  View from car window  Hail stones settled on car  and one other droplet shot  cheers once again all and well done to all the others chosen and have to say was all entrants were great!! Well done Ollie. A deserved win. Soon as I saw that shot I thought "thats gonna be hard to beat". I really liked Dogfish's shot too.
