Having used Netscape fairly faithfully for the past 9 years, and having got to really like it's "tabs" feature, I have been loathe to swith to an IE type browser. However I've just started playing with MyIE2, and so far I love it!

Tabs are better than in Netscape, allows use of nice wee toys like IESpell, quick to load, allows skins etc etc.

Anyone know anything bad about it?

If not then I guess I'll be changing my default browser.

Anyone else using anything other than standard IE, and if so what do you particularly like about yours?

Netscape, I like the tabs as well Nick, and for me it's quicker to load (pages not the programme) than IE.

I think (not sure) IE is also more susceptible to virii etc. cos they tend to be written for it rather than for other browsers

I've heard nothing bad about the app. Just bear in mind that it is not a complete browser but a shell that runs over the top of IE so you need to make sure you keep IE up to date and fully patched.

Note that Netscape is similar in that it requires mozilla as it's engine rather than being a stand-alone browser.

In fact, with the lack of updates for Netscape, lots of folks who like the general way it behaves are switching to a pure Mozilla browser since that piece is being updated regularly.

at work I use IE6 as the company won't let me install a proper browser.

At home I use Mozilla, I really like the tabbed browsing, and it is regularly updated and improved.

other features it has like javascript / pop-up blockers etc are also nice.
