A dog, belonging to a person we know, needed a blood transfusion to save it's life.
Artificial blood had to be used because no dog could be found who could sign a consent form for it's blood to be used!

Had a spaniel once, died in a shooting accident, shot straight through the paw. That shouldn't have been a problem, trouble was it was scratching it's ear at the time biggrin.gif .
