How about we all of us shoved at least £40 x 7417 members = £296,680.00 then buy it and pass it over to me to look after as I am sick and tired of working at my work, I think it's time for a change of scenery biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Crikey. That buys you a medium sized detached house round here. Plenty of 450K properties which the owners have all of the equity in. To be in that position, and retired early... Sod the business prospects, I'd buy it to live in and the lake would be MINE ALL MINE!!

It'd be interesting to know what the value of it was ten years ago.

the accomodation is tiny though.51m2 for a lodge(about the size of a 1 bedroom apartment)
and 25m for a chalet?maybe theres a mistake there.
the pictures of the lake are lovely though.

I make it GBP 310,000 at Euro 1.45/gbp.
Am looking for something to offlay tax liabilities and catch my 1st 30 so this fits nicely.
Your right about the accomodation, my man Parker will have to make do with my old Fishrite bivi.
Hope his rheumatics don't play up.
