Just got back from St Columb minor (Newquay holiday park), had a phone call from the sister and brother in-laws yesterday their car had broken down and they were stuck, Teresa (sister in-law) had an accident, silly cow let the caravan jockey wheel roll over here foot while coupling it up to come home and then the clutch went on the car.

So of we went to hire a minibus to get them home, as we went through Bristol/Exeter the rain was horrendous we had to slow right down to 20mph on the M5 at one point because we couldn't see the road even with the wipers going full blast.

We could see all the helicopters flying around even in the torrential rain, their search lights made them easy to pick out.

According to the news no-one was seriously hurt but the local community centre looked like a refugee camp!

We saw a couple of eejits go racing down the M5 one in an escort and the other in a landy (erm dave you weren't down that way were you?? ) saw the escort a few miles down sitting in the gully at the side of the M5 smile.gif .

Right seeing as i've been up since 5am yesterday and i ain't been to bed yet, i'm off for a kip...G'night all
