A friend had an amount of Canadian dollars he needed to exchange, so he went to the Foreign Currency window at his local Bank.
The chap in front of him was an Asian, who was trying to exchange yen for dollars and he was getting a little agitated. He asked the Clerk, "why it change? yestoday I get two hunat dolla fo yen, today I get hunat eighty? Why it change?" The teller said, "fluctuations". The Asian man replied, "fluc you white people too!!!". [ 30.
