I am due to go to Cardiff with work in a couple of months (just for a couple of days). Any tips on some shore marks to fish. I general have a 12 ft heavy spin rod and fixed spool reels with me. (cast upto 100g). Thinking it might be ok for spinning jellies off the rocks somewhere or light ledgering in the surf. Anywhere with easy access as I will probably have a couple of hours after work and not much time. Any where spring to mind.

Thanks

You need to come further west at that time of the year for good fishing and two hours sort of kills it.

Swansea and west of offers a wealth of excellent fishing but that is forty five plus minutes drive to the nearest marks.

Cardiff Barrage is supposed to fish well throughout the year but I have never fished it myself.
