Ok, other threads will reveil what you're into but what books would you recommend that people read ?

Non Fiction - A Short History of Nearley Everything by Bill Bryson.

Adult Fiction - The Riftwar Saga by Raymond Feist

Childrens fiction - Mr Crabtree goes Fishing or (if I was feeling particularly cruel and wanted tro scare the bejesus out of them) Fairy Tale. Again by Raymond Feist.
