Does anyone know the life expectancy of Sticklebacks?

Bugger the sticklebacks, what about the most contentious bit of Nathan's posting: ie, Man Utd are the best?!?

Didn't do very well at Wolves today...

Incidentally, in the West Norfolk Fens approx 40 years ago, stickleback were known as "stuttles". Anybody else heard that local name?

In the wild, a lifespan of a couple of years would be normal for those sticklebacks that doen't die prematurely. In captivity, three years in aquaria is pretty normal, to a maximum of four or (exceptionally) five years.
