Has anyone tried using a breadmaker to make funny bread baits?

I'm wondering is a dyed betaine boosted loaf will help, or does the heat destroy betaine?

Just trying to make cheap fishing even cheaper smile.gif

Ive made flavored and coloured floater cake before simply by adding some cassein, dye and flavours to a comercial sponge cake mix from Tescos! Also when I was that annaly retentive that I thought it really mattered by baking a standard boilly mix with a pinch of baking powder added in the oven as opposed to boilling it. Both work but neither give that same consistency as bread.

Just try using flavours/additives that wont be affected by heat.Ones simply used in baking maybe?

I've made a red vanilla loaf.....but it looks a bit dodgy!

I'm not sure if it will stay on the hook, but I'll give it a go!

Tight lines,

Elton
