I have yet to meet an amusing bailiff! Don't meet many bailiffs anyway sad.gif.

I remember, as an impressionable kid, Sammy Searl. Sam used to bailiff the River Waveney. Sam had this amazing girl friend, amazing in that, to a ten year old, she had huge boobs. And I do mean huge, massive infact. Sam was always dressed very smartly in immaculate uniform whilst his girlfriend wore little more than a thong and two boob covers that remained in place apparently by suction rather than straps. And this was in the mid 20th centuary when thongs were almost 50 years away! Amazing woman, incredible boobs. And Sams wife would always take him down to his boat in the morning, with his sarnies and flask, much to my amazement.

Amusing baillif stories eh?

How about the NRA one who checked my rod licences every day of a week session at Ardingly?

Or the one about the EA bailiff who demanded to see my rod licence when I was Mullet fishing.....in the sea?

Or even better still the club baillif who reported the 14lb tench from a well known kent fisheries group water................shame it was a common carp?

Or the best ever one about the Honourey Water Authority baillif who when checking rod licences at a private syndicate I used to run broke down a section of fence and a padlock so he could get his car in.................the water was subsequently lost?

Amusing bailiff stories eh? king more like sad stories
