Whats peoples take on winter carping?
I fished all last winter with pretty good success using maggots feeder style and something called the 'medusa' which is a cork ball with maggots glued to it on a short braid hooklink.
Smashed a local water apart with that after taking advice from my brother and seeing how effective it was when he used it.
Anyone bother with fishmeal baits in winter? surprisingly had some success with this last winter as well.
Finally anyone here fish 'Creedy lakes' at crediton near exeter? fished there a fair bit and like to hear if anyone else near plymouth does.
