In the great rod race Matt Hayes uses a multi-purpose tool. Have looked at Leatherman & Gerber can not find it anywhere. Can anyone tell me what it is ??? ....going mad looking for it.

Suppose 'multi tool' is preferable to 'right tool'! Well, older folk from Norfolk & Suffolk will know what I mean, probably.

I've always thought so.

Tools with a name like "Leatherman"...

Hmm...

What do they say about YOU?

[Been there (given several some years ago by some Americans I had put on to some great fishing), done 'em, and duly LOST them. Now, that really could bring tears to your eyes if you had actually PAID for the things... Male jewellery, I believe, that's all.]

???
Thanks for the ???s, Andrew.

As in the Jeremy Clarkson School of Motoring?

As in (my words, these, in a recent email to a girlfriend) "With modern females singularly unimpressed by our hunter-gathering-personal-best efforts, we have to chest-beat and roar at one another, now ... over / about what? Bits of the latest, 'sexy', must-have kit, or mere ounces...

Sad."

Andrew

Nice one for helping out the guy smile.gif

Paul, any need to add unneccessary banter to this thread, someone asked where to get this tool Matt Hayes has, for all you know it wasn't just for fishing rolleyes.gif

And as for Matt Hayes bashing, you guys may not like him but I would suggest go by your judgement after meeting him first, i've never met the guy but he gives young anglers someone to look up to and aspire to which is good as there isn't any body else now that can do that.
