Just checked on the Harris site to be confronted by a login/registration request before it would let me in.

To be fair I have registered & logged in to the Harris site and I receive no spam whatsoever from Harris. I only receive what I have agreed to receive. You login to A.N., why not Harris? I'm happy to accept that it is to protect both Harris and myself from unwarrented and undesirable attention. I don't see a problem.

QUOTE Ken L: I believe you can view nearly all there products without registering. Go to their home page then click on 'Online Shop' and that takes you to their main products menu.Just checked on the Harris site to be confronted by a login/registration request before it would let me in. Bl00dy cheek ! I get quite enough spam without this sort of blatent tactic for obtaining personal details. It's only the 'Half price bargains of the day ' that you can not access without logging in.
