Does anyone know of some good grayling spots on the River Frome in Dorset around march time? I will be float fishing.Thanks!

May?, May will be the closed season mate. :confused:

Ah! I see you are from Canada, here in the UK we have a Coarse fish close season on rivers - 15 March to 15 June inclusive.
You can fish stillwaters though.

Thanks for the heads up!Yeah I know it's closed season too! rolleyes.gif I meant march but my wife was talking about my dads birthday in may when I typed it! rolleyes.gif I'm coming home in late feb early march and was wondering if this was a good time to fish grayling in the frome and where?

Re Pallington, they used to do day tickets, until October 2003......the place is now run by a syndicate sad.gif

If anyone finds any other day ticket stretches of the Frome with Grayling, I'd be VERY interested.
