Was asked the other day if anglers net had any "Star Guest" on it supose they ment TV celebs,...i havent seen any on here but i think it would make a good feature once in a while ...thats if there arent any already on here...what do you think? rolleyes.gif

Strange, only the other day I was telling Elton that one of my favorite fishing TV moments was when Kev Green lost a monster perch on Predators.
Not the fact that he lost it but
the look on STEVE BURKES speechless face said it all!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I was well and truly gutted!

The conditions were totally against big perch and all of us, especially the very professional film crew, had worked our socks off. However, the time had been booked and we had to film regardless of the weather.

For Kev to lose a monster at the end of the day certainly wasn't a just reward. But it did make good television!

I gather that out-takes from the series have just been broadcast, but I don't have Sky and so haven't seen them. I don't remember what I said but apparently my words were bleeped out!

Steve I have seen the actual Predators program about three times and yes there was an out takes program with the two blokes from Day ticket presenting it over the xmas period.
