Budgie - are you losing your mind? No reasonable angler wants pics of him/herself catching a tiddler.

For instance, this monster was caught on a 2/0 hook, 50lb mainline, 30lb hooklength, and a decent size piece of cut bait. It's a channel catfish in case you can't tell.

Hi Newt.
Looking at your pic you don't seem to be using a knot protector. I.E. a rubber stop or bead, which stops the lead clunking down on the swivel knot, do you not use them over there?

Nugg - by golly, you are right. I normally do use a plastic bead but seem to have forgotten it in this case.

Peter - I'm not sure if they are needed or not. But at the price, I'm willing to waste one per rod. biggrin.gif
