the channel veiw one is excellent for fishing albeit short on amenities ,its the last proper site before brean down and far enough from the large sites (and screaming kids and yooof mishief) nice and close to the sea.
will post a pic
aha looking at the site you maybe course fishing ,in this i am of no help ,all i know of the larger sites is there full of winging drunks with wailing kids screaming to go to the amusements rolleyes.gif
the name rings a bell i may have stayed there in the 70's when it was a farm now its probably row after row of identical statics with poor people in

wife has been reading reviews on the area and it seems it has a problem with chavs, drunk teens etc. (uk camp site)

think we will look for some other place.

if you have a caravan join the caravan and camping club it has a huge (and i mean huge) sites book with everything you need to know,if you do join please mention my number so i get a free night
it also has a special deal with the rac so if your van is longer than 18ft they will transport it (on joining) ,the AA wont touch it (based on when we lived in a camper in 2000/1 the AA may have changed the rules)

we went in the F&M outbreak ,cornwall closed and devon a huge barbicue not the best time for camping ,we didnt realise the NT owned almost all the coastline and none open,a week of bird watching and trips on the bike to towns etc rolleyes.gif
even mousehole (sp?) was off limits, the reason we went
give us a few pointers and i'l look in the book
