Hi All. I've bought a Drennan Merge peacock float, but it says to use 2 1/2 AA shot. As I dont have AA shot and if I did how do you get a half a shot on ?? can I use other shot instead and what would I use? Thanks lads..

if my memmory is right thats equal to five
BB, someone my pull me up,but can't remember
the last time i used shot to that size.
anyway combination of No 4s & BB to a smaller
dropper No6-No 8

A quick guide:

SSG - 1.6g
SA - 1.2g
AAA - 0.8g
AB - 0.6g
BB - 0.4g
#1 - 0.3g
#4 - 0.2g
#6 - 0.1g
#8 - 0.068g
#9 - 0.051g
#10 - 0.03g
#11 - 0.02g
#12 - 0.012g
#13 - 0.005

2 bbs = 1 AAA

Use two quarters

Don't be fooled lancslass, when they say... AA what they really mean is AAA which is as described above.
