Have just purchased a caravan at Drummore and am sussing out the freshwater options. Have found out that the tackle dealer at Galloway Angling Centre,Queen Street,Newton Stewart owns the Glendarroch Loch - or the fishing rights anyway. It costs £4 a day to fish and holds perch, tench, roach, bream, rudd, eels, albino catfish (never heard of them!),commons, crucians and mirrors. Has anyone out there fished here before, any tips etc. Or any other venues nearby woth a shot?
Crabs - you swine!
