I was reading in Tackle & Guns that the price of carbon is set to rise, due to a worldwide shortage. A lot of this is blamed on the massive amounts used by the space industry.

The way my wife makes toast there can never be a shortage of carbon.
In reality tackle has never been so cheap, so a hike is unlikely to effect the market. -------------------- PETER

Back to glass fibre then!

Maybe its a hoax and the tackle industry has worked out that we will all panic and go and by a new rod.
