Hi
Its my first posting its taken me 3 weeks to locate the icon!!! I must get some glasses but vanity etc. Anyway I thought I would give BAA a plug, as a new member this season and new to the NORTH (Tewkesbury) I can only drool at the potential the river systems in the Midlands offer. If anyone could suugest a more angling perfect river other than the Teme I would be amazed. The closest I guess would be the Hampshire Avon, bur for diversity the Teme is No1 and the Barbel....well the hardest fighting fish I have ever caught. So can anyone suggest a better river. Doubt it.....

Totally agree that the Teme is a great river. I have the luxury of being able to fish a lot aswell as the Severn and Avon. Although BAA have some great stretches they do get very busy so I have some others I fish more often and most the time am the only one fishing them.

Just a shame they don't allow night fishing, as some just don't get the chance to fish that often during the day.
