No! But appartently if you pour a mix of washing up liquid and water on a patch of grass they will come up quite quickly. You need to wash them off before you store them as the washing up liquid will kill them!!!

Alternatively get redworm from a compost heap. Not as good though as small fish will suck them off the hook and leave you with nothing!

Good luck

LOL! "Our Worm beds are undergoing a rebuild and expansion program due to huge demand. Unfortunately we will be unable to supply worms for a while.
Sorry for any inconvenience."

Don't think they'll be able to help biggrin.gif

It does work but the results are, at best, patchy. I always think a fork and a good bit of ground will turn up worms far quicker than any of the shortcut methods.

out at night lamping over wet ground always works well for lobworms, think I may have a go tonight to get some in for the weekend.

tommytopsoil are a good reliable seller as are british worm breeders but I don't have either site details.

Elton, I've used worms direct, very good bait and service. In fact I'm about to place an order for this weekend ;-)

Elton - Haven't used them myself, but have had very good reports about them. Matt's posting confirms this!
