What is the best deal around for a mobile phone just to receive and send text messages?
I have no intention of holding a microwave transmitter up to my head. BT have just sent me some un-asked-for details, but £14.00 a month seems a lot just for a few emergency calls. -------------------- Gabriel Finance Ltd. Small business funding. John Gale 01823 601577

Jim if you're only looking to use a mobile for emergencies then you would be better off getting one on a pre pay deal. That way you are only paying for what you use.You can get contract deals that give so many 'free'texts but the price of the monthly contract would probably exceed the cost of the texts you send!

At thelink.co.uk there's a pay as you go for 49.00 on orange.
Ask how much the text saver pack is too. |
