Welcome to the board! I usually have information about fisheries, but haven't come up with much on this one! There is a short report in 'Coarse Fishing Reports', on this forum, for starters.

They are fishable on a day ticket, which you can
obtain from Glassbrooks tackle shop in Radcliffe. This is also a good place to enquire about baits and methods. I have not fished them for a few years now,but they are all very reliable for a few fish, with the exception of the large deep one which can be good in winter. -------------------- Inside every old person is a young one wondering what the hell happened!

Thanks for the replies, i have been to Glassbrooks and the owner has told me that the fish have stopped feeding cause of the weather, and that 1 of the ponds has closed cause they have put a couple of airators in the pond to get the oxygen lavels back up. I went to the lodges last night to see if anybody was catching on the other pond. I sat there for 30 mins and not 1 person had a bite so i think i will leave the lodges until it starts fishing a bit better. Just wana ask if anybody has any tips for bradshaw fisheries and which pond is most productive.
Cheers PS - A little story bout bradshaw. In 1996 i was fishing here 7 days a week and started to use a big ball of trout pellets on my hook which resulted in me catching koi carp by the bucket loads. Then the owner came upto me and told me to stop using it as it was unfair to the fish  So i did and went back to maggots and castors. I went to the water last sunday and low and behold every fisherman was using them. What happened? |
