Anyone any news on whether the waters closed because of fish deaths in the north west are re-opening?

Graham, Warrington committee were to have an emergency meeting last night. As yet I haven't heard anything.

Thanks, I've had a couple of days off work and could have gone to Sandiway!

I know darlin' we waited a year to do the three days at Sandiway only to get kicked off after piling in the bait.

It's my birthday tomorrow and I was really looking forward to going Rixton. Now I'm completely stumped as to where to go. I don't want to resort to commercials.

I've emailed the secretary but doubt I will hear from him in time to sort tomorrow out.

Going on the Severn next Friday but Rixton is the next water on the Warrington list! Many happy returns for tomorrow

Graham, just heard back from the secretary. The closures are still in force and will be until they have some positive feedback from CEFAS.

He doesn't however envisage any of the river stretches to be closed.

Might have a drive over to the Dee this afternoon to pass the time.
