As one might expect,this being my second post re purchasing I am preparing for the new season and am thinking of purchasing polarised sunglasses for fishing polarised I have never worn sunglasses for fishing before anyone recommend anything hopefully under £20.00 cheers for any help.

oh forgot to mention light to dark polarising I think.

Get the ones with brown (high contrast) lenses, and wear a wide brimmed hat, the wider the better.

Sorry Kendo, I wear prescription polaroids which I bought from Optilabs (wh also do non-prescription).

Optix Cormorants are my preferred choice but they are nearer £40 than £20.

The better quality glasses have optically correct lenses which can be worn for long periods without eyestrain, this may well not be the case with cheap sunglasses.

I do spend most of my time fishing clear rivers and wear my polaroids all day,even if the sun is not shining, so to me it's important.

If you are just wearing them when the sun is in your face then it may not be so important.
