I have just spent a nice half hour watching the new BBC 1 programme "Walking with Beasts".
Excellent. I'm looking forward to the remainder of the series. One thing worries me though is how much they paid my ex-wife to be a model for some of the beasts. ------------------ Geoff Size doesn't matter its just catching. |

They very clearly and deliberatly included footage of a snake in the programe. I didn't think snakes had evolved in the Eoscene.
I understand that there's also some controvesy about the depicted behaviour of the whale ancestor in the program. I'd definatlty like to know whether the snake should have been there though. |
