I have just spent a nice half hour watching the new BBC 1 programme "Walking with Beasts".
Excellent.
I'm looking forward to the remainder of the series.
One thing worries me though is how much they paid my ex-wife to be a model for some of the beasts.

They very clearly and deliberatly included footage of a snake in the programe. I didn't think snakes had evolved in the Eoscene.

I understand that there's also some controvesy about the depicted behaviour of the whale ancestor in the program.
I'd definatlty like to know whether the snake should have been there though.
