Hi Leeds,
When I fished it in the early 80's it was infested with board sailors who were mostly short on good manners. I did find a 17lb Common one day in the week when the water was quiet. I hope that it is quieter and productive for you now-a-days

Yep i fished there once and caught plenty of skimmers on the quivertip. Never caught any carp out of there though. Can you get a ticket in advance?

You can get a day ticket in the railway inn pub i think .... you thinking of going again ?
I think its brilliant for 1 - 2 lb skimmers aswell ... wat rig did you use ? |
