Just recieved an email from Company in HK. It has a file attachment, phone software, which I can't open I get a message line " OE has removed access to this unsafe attachment" I don't think there is anything unsafe as I trust the company whats wrong?
Any help much appreciated

John.

Open OE, click on Tools, then click on Options.

Click on the Security button. Untick the box next to "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could be potentially a virus."

Click "Apply" then "OK".

Cheers

Ian.

Must concur with what Chesters said. However, if you don't open unexpected attachments, then no bother. Bit of a pain to re-enable OE every time you want to receive one.

Cheers
