mullet ? thought that was some kind of strange hair do sported by hoddle and waddle in the 80's.
how far north do they come |

I've been fishing for mullet at Invararay, Troon and Ayr.
Seen them, hooked them, netted them for others, still to land a Scottish mullet though! Super southerner here - go anywhere with south in it & get wet!
Seen e'm off South Shields pier / breakwater one evening years ago while working up that way. yes i think he does, lamahl from kajagoogoo had a beauty.
Anyone from yorks/cleveland ever caught one. are they here but no one bothers? I know bass are here but very few people target them. |
