 I've just received a picture of a golden grey mullet of 3lb 8oz, nearly 8oz over the record, early in the year too so there's hope for me yet. That's my target fish for the year and it just got much harder. biggrin.gif

Thats a belting Goldengrey,

You know its wierd, ive heard somewhere that you dont get golden greys anywhere further north than somewhere in wales. Last year numbers of golden grey mullet descended on a bass mark i know of on the east of scotland, in may. I realy wish i coulda got some photographic proof i was out lots of times when mates caught them. Only wee but there where plenty about and plenty of them where a good deal bigger than the current scottish record.
