Im a fish keeper as well as an angler and i was thinking if the water peramiters of a fishery can affect the way fish behave and feed like they do in a fish tank.
I know that the ph of water is difarent at night than at day( i think it leans towards acidic during the day an alkalie during the nite could be the outher way round tho ) but i wonder if with all the feed going into a fishery and subsiquently uneaten feed rots causing amonia then nitrite and then nitrates that as a fishing season gathers these peramiters rise altering the fishes behavior and feeding patterns or feed preferences.

What do yay lot think.

very good question moody, but I would have thought that especially with commercials being so heavily stocked that most if not all the food would disappear fairly quickly but I could be wrong anyone else with a view, one for Bruno I think.

this is indeeed true.Thats why a lot of shallow fisheries wont allow groundbait or particle baits.
