Is it possible to have two pc's running two different ISP's on the same phone line?

Yes I believe so - well I have done so before. Why would you want to run two tho?

Do you mean at the same time?
As far as I am aware it might be possible to have 1 broadband connection and 1 dial up connection running via modem at the same time. But if you mean 2 broadband connections connected at the same time via one phone line then no. It would make more sense though to put in place a simple network with one connection to 1 isp and for both PC's to use that. Nothing to stop mail being collected from different ISP's from one connection. |

I have broadband on the desktop but Sue wanted to know if she could use dial-up on her laptop using the same phone point at the same time. -------------------- Eat right, stay fit, die anyway. |

Seriously tho, it would make sense to make use of your router (and save you some pennys!  ) Have you not got someone who will just set it up for you? I'm passing Stafford on Friday, but unfortuneately I won't have the time to stop Got to get to Somerset before 10pm
