One for Huge Vitae,

Amongst all the paintings I am currently sorting for sale I came across two by a lady called Nicola Gibbs of Godshill.

I decided to do a search and I found a very recent article where Nicola had lost £13000 after organising the Godshill Fair which was poorly supported by locals.

I was wondering if Huge could sort out some sort of whip round to help this poor damsel in distress seeing as she was so let down by the islanders. laugh.gif laugh.gif

The two water colours are of "Godshill Church" and "The Old Bell" Godshill is that your local Huge?

Sure mate, glad to help anybody, put me down for 50 lashes, will wax up the whip. blink.gif

Soooooooooooo Many paintings/Watercolours of Godshill Church that most around here are bored with them. That's why she prolly lost her lolly. blink.gif

That's what I was afraid of, knocks them out fifty a week laugh.gif laugh.gif

The strange part is I cannot remember where these to pics came from, perhaps someone got so bored they stuck them in my collection when I wasn't looking, or maybe Debs purchased them and won't own up laugh.gif

Debs has owned up, I purchased some water colours of a customer who has recently moved into the area from Southampton, they brought them in and said Ken might like these and gave them to her a couple of weeks back and she forgot to tell me. rolleyes.gif

I guess that sums them up pretty well. laugh.gif laugh.gif
