Hmmmmm....am I likely to have a mobile phone-type charger with a 7.5v output anywhere?

Everything I have seems to be 9v and 12v.

Elton, When I saw the title of the thread, I just knew what you were wanting it for !!!! You can get an adjustable one in Maplins !!!!

Why not get batteries for it..they last for ages.....and BTW, Theres about a half charge in it when it arrives !!!! thumbs.gif

I'm getting pretty good on mine now.....even if I do say so myself. thumbs.gif

All right then Elton - we will expect photos. I did some. Norrie did some (but not enough). Now tis your turn.

Note - once you've gotten a basic feel for the machine, add all the little stick-on weights to the nose and forward flight will be easier. You may even want to add a small bit more than they provided - some machines need a little extra.

Stick on weights? Hang on - off to check box before it gets thrown out!!!! {edit: found them, and the rotors smile.gif }

Had problem number 2 last night; charged her up and had a hover. Forward flight is a bit tricky at the moment, so I thought I'd wait until the kids were out of the way and have a whole evening of tormenting the wife and dog. Perfect.

Nope! Bloody thing sends the baby monitor round the twist, making it make some strange (and loud) noise. This even happened when I took it outside the house for some night manoeuvres! (By the way, how high do these things go?!!!)

I'll be ready for round two this morning, once the rest of the lazy so-and-so's in this house get up. I got up at 3am, ready to go, but they don't seem to share my enthusiasm smile.gif

Norrie - you're right. Great boy's toy! wink.gif
