It's the Mill on the Soar on the B4114 near Broughton Astley.
Unless they have built a new lake in the last two years, there is only one modest lake with a large central island. It is a day ticket mixed fishery with some decent carp in it. http://www.multimap.com/map/photo.cgi?clie...8&multimap.y=62 I haven't fished it for 5+ years and it changed hands and has been restocked since then, so I'd also be interested to know how it fishes these days. |

Had a nice chat with the guy who has taken the place over – sounds well worth a visit. He said the place gets busy on a Sunday so it’s best to book a peg in advance.
